The Angel opens her eyes
She was boundless
as she began to fall
Patiently waiting an eternity
just for this moment
Longing to touch him
but she dared not
She was only a memory
part of his dreams
When daylight comes
she’ll be invisible
just a glimmer in the sunlight
hiding beneath her wing
